Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If an item is damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item or discover an item is missing, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at loveoftransfers@gmail.com.

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Orders Returned Due to Address Issues

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including any apartment or suite number.

If your package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend your order. Reshipping payment must be received before the package is sent again.
