Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Love of Transfers! Please review the information below when planning your order.

Production and Processing Time

We print Monday through Friday. Our current production turnaround is posted in the announcement banner at the top of our website.

Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Please allow time for both when ordering for an event or deadline.

Selecting Priority or another faster shipping service does not move your order ahead in the production queue.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $100. The free-shipping option will appear at checkout when your order qualifies.

Delivery timing depends on the shipping service selected and your destination. Carrier delays, weather, and peak shipping periods may affect arrival times, so please allow extra time for date-sensitive orders.

Shipping Addresses and PO Boxes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase, including any apartment or suite number.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once your order has shipped.

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address when selecting UPS shipping.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Wildomar, California. Select Local Pickup at checkout.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this email before arriving, and check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please email loveoftransfers@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

For damaged shipments, please keep the packaging and include photos of the package and affected items so we can review the issue.
