Love of Transfers — Terms of Service

By using our website or placing an order with Love of Transfers, you agree to the terms below. Please review our product descriptions, shipping policy, and refund policy before purchasing.

Products and Orders
Please review all product details and confirm your selections, quantities, artwork, and delivery information before submitting your order. Follow the application instructions provided for your specific product.

Custom Artwork
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the design or have permission to reproduce it. You authorize Love of Transfers to use the submitted artwork to fulfill your order.

Artwork must meet the requirements listed for the product you are purchasing. Please check the size, resolution, spelling, and background before uploading. We print artwork as submitted. Design changes, background removal, and resizing are not included unless arranged with us separately.

Color and Appearance
Colors may appear different on a screen than they do on a printed product. Screen settings, printing processes, and materials can affect the final appearance. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or incorrect.

Production and Shipping
Please review the current production estimate posted on our website before ordering. Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Selecting expedited shipping does not shorten production time.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping payment will be required before we reship it.

Local Pickup
If you select local pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready. Please wait for that email before arriving. Your pickup notification will include the information needed to collect your order.

Returns and Order Issues
All sales are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact loveoftransfers@gmail.com within 72 hours so we can review the issue and help resolve it. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos when applicable.

These terms and our refund policy do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Changes and Questions
If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a change can be made.

Privacy
Information collected through our store is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
