How to Order

1. Select your sheet size and click Build your own Gang Sheet.
2. Upload your unmirrored artwork, then size and arrange your designs within the sheet.
3. Review every design, including spelling, dimensions, placement, and quantity.
4. Click Save & Add to Cart, then complete checkout.

Artwork Requirements

• Use high-resolution artwork at 300 DPI at the final print size for the best results.
• PNG, JPG/JPEG, and PDF files are accepted. Use a transparent PNG when your design should have no background.
• Submit artwork in its normal reading direction. Do not mirror your files.
• Artwork is printed as submitted. Background removal, design changes, resizing, and other editing services are not included.

Choose Compatible Blanks

• Apparel: White 100% polyester gives the brightest results. Light-colored blends with at least 65% polyester can produce a softer, vintage look. These transfers are not suitable for direct application to 100% cotton or dark fabrics.
• Hard goods: Mugs, tumblers, coasters, puzzles, keychains, and similar items must be specifically made for sublimation with a suitable polymer coating or polyester surface. Ordinary uncoated blanks will not work.

Sublimation does not print white ink. White areas in your artwork remain unprinted and show the color of the blank. For the most accurate colors, use a white sublimation-compatible surface.

On compatible materials, sublimation creates vibrant, full-color designs with a smooth finish. It works well for detailed artwork, photographs, and gradients.

Application & What's Included

A heat press or appropriate sublimation heating setup is required. Follow your blank manufacturer's instructions for temperature, time, and pressure; settings vary by item.

Your order includes printed sublimation transfer sheets only. Blanks, finished products, heat equipment, and design services are not included.
