Build Your Own Gang Sheet

Combine multiple designs on one sheet to make the most of your printing space. Our gang sheets are 12.5 inches wide, with multiple lengths available.

1. Select your sheet size and click “Build Your Own Gang Sheet.”
2. Upload your artwork, adjust each design to its intended print size, and arrange your layout. Fill extra space with smaller designs, such as pocket prints.
3. Review every design for sizing, spelling, resolution, and transparent backgrounds.
4. Click Save & Add to Cart when your layout is complete, then proceed to checkout.

Artwork Guidelines

• Upload PNG files with true transparent backgrounds.
• Prepare each image at 300 DPI at its intended print size.
• Send artwork unmirrored.
• Remove unwanted backgrounds before uploading—they will print if included.
• Double-check all dimensions, spelling, and placement before ordering.

Printed As Submitted

Your gang sheet is printed exactly as submitted. Artwork editing, background removal, resizing, and layout adjustments are not included. Low-resolution artwork may produce blurry or pixelated prints.

Color Expectations

We print in CMYK. Colors displayed on your screen, especially bright RGB or neon colors, may look different when printed. Screen previews are not an exact color match.

Application Instructions

A heat press is required. Confirm that your garment or fabric is compatible with the transfer and application temperature.

1. Prepress the garment for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
2. Position the transfer with the adhesive side against the fabric and the clear carrier film facing up. Cover with your recommended protective sheet before pressing.
3. Press at 300°F–320°F for 10–15 seconds using medium to firm pressure.
4. Allow the transfer to cool completely before slowly peeling away the carrier film.
5. Cover the design again with parchment paper and repress for 5–10 seconds to help secure the transfer.

Care Instructions

• Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
• Machine wash cold with mild detergent.
• Tumble dry on a low setting.
• Do not dry clean.
