Vinyl Sticker Gang Sheet Builder

Create custom vinyl sticker gang sheets for business labels, packaging, party favors, and creative projects. Choose gloss, matte, or holographic vinyl, then arrange multiple designs on one sheet with our gang sheet builder.

Your stickers arrive individually cut on an intact sheet. Peel each sticker from the backing as needed; they are not supplied as separate loose stickers.

Choose Your Vinyl Finish

• Gloss: Smooth, shiny white vinyl for a vibrant finish.
• Matte: Smooth white vinyl with a soft, non-glossy finish.
• Holographic: Rainbow sparkle vinyl that adds shimmer and dimension.

Available Sheet Sizes

All sheets are 18 inches wide. Choose a length of 12, 24, 36, 48, or 60 inches. Sizes are listed as width × height:

How to Order

1. Select your Vinyl Finish and Sheet Size, then click Build your own Gang Sheet.
2. Upload your print-ready artwork, size your designs, and arrange them within the sheet.
3. Check the selected finish and size, artwork dimensions, spelling, offsets, spacing, and quantity.
4. Click Add to Cart, then complete checkout.

Artwork & Cutting Requirements

• Prepare high-resolution artwork at 300 DPI at the final print size.
• Include a defined offset around every design. An offset is an outer border that creates space for a cut line. See the What is an offset? image in the product gallery for examples.
• Leave enough space between designs, including their offsets, for cutting. Keep designs and offsets from touching or overlapping.
• Review your complete layout before ordering. Printing and cutting are performed exactly as submitted.

Printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.

Application

Peel the sticker from its backing and apply it to a clean, dry, smooth, flat surface.
